Construction on the Sylvan Circle area water main project is complete. The project included the replacement of 3800 linear feet of water mains along Sylvan Circle, Laural Road, Fairview Road, Douglas Road and Rossmore Road. The District would like to thank the Sylvan Circle area neighborhood for their patience during this improvement project. Final paving is anticipated in the spring of 2020.
